The Innovation Catalysts Behind Quadripple

Avinash is an entrepreneur and innovator with over fifteen years of experience in business leadership. He served as first CEO and then Executive Director of the Defiance Group, a textile and apparel manufacturing group with operations across Asia and Africa, and founded Aranya Farms, a sustainable agritech startup in the UAE.

As Managing Partner of Chroma Consulting and Partner at Carbon Quest Solutions, he specializes in product development, operations excellence, business turnaround, manufacturing efficiency improvements, blockchain strategy, social and environmental compliance, zero-defect quality management, and industrial labor relations, all while maintaining a focus on ecological sustainability.

Avinash also brings substantial experience in treasury management, traditional and decentralized finance, M&A, venture capital, and private equity. He is deeply experienced in carbon projects, with experience in voluntary and compliance markets, including project development and inventory management for both offset consumers and project developers.

In his personal life, Avinash is the father of two children, a musician, and technologist.

Yash Daga has been a serial entrepreneur for the past 15 years, with interests in mining, F&B, manufacturing and consulting. He has a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and has lived across Bangalore, Mumbai and New York.

Apart from his ventures as an entrepreneur, Yash has been the President of the Entrepreneur's Organization and Chairman of the Round Table Bangalore. He is a certified Strategy Summit Facilitator for EO Global.

Yash has a keen understanding of human behavioral science and incentive alignment, and consulted multiple multi billion dollar companies on innovation, culture change, experience design and community building.

Outside of work, he is a father, avid traveller, and passionate musician.
